What do you tell the patient and family after taking the intensive course?

Q:  If you have been seeing a patient for many months or even years and then you take the intensive course, what do you tell the patient and family?  How do you handle that?

A:  This comes up in almost every one of our 28 hour courses.  We suggest you tell them that you have attended a very specialized training in order to keep state of the art with regard to the most updated methods to help their loved one as well as other clients you see.
