WHAT:
The QOM-D credential distinguishes those dental and other health professionals who have completed the Neo-Health Services, Inc. (NHS) 28 hour course, Orofacial Myology: From Basics to Habituation, have passed the examination and required clinical questionnaire, and are dedicated to high standards of professionalism as well as respect of their own Scopes of Practice and those of their professional associates.
WHY:
Certain dental and health professionals desire to direct or oversee a program of orofacial myology within their office settings. They desire a credential that demonstrates their having taken NHS training without intention to do the actual treatment.
