6 yr old reverts to oral habit

I would love to ask your opinion on a case I am working on, 6 year old male, definitely not neurotypical with a bunch of sensory issues. I did not feel he was ready for myo program yet, compliance, maturity, behavior all being issues, but i did help mom do a habit cessation program to help him stop sucking fingers.

Helping with short philtrum on young adult

Hi, I hope you can help clarify a few things for me. I have an 18 yr old who has a short philtrum (12mm). Her upper lip sits on her bottom teeth and lips remain open all the time, even while eating most of the time. She is not able to do the Balloon Lip exercise very well. Is that exercise supposed to be done by isolating the air to the upper lip or is it alright for the air to be filling the cheeks simultaneously?

I have a 5 yr old patient who has an obvious lingual tongue tie. He had a posterior cut when he was an infant but cannot elevate tongue tip to spot and cannot suction. He cannot produce /L/. I referred him to an ENT who said he doesn't recommend cutting the tie, but rather he suggested...
